01Agreement to Terms

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) constitute a legally binding contract between you, whether personally or on behalf of an entity (“you”, “User”), and **Veriq** (“we”, “us”, “our”), concerning your access to and use of our web portal (located at `/`), our mobile utility application (“Mobile Agent”, “App”), and all associated AI fact-checking, verification, transcription, database querying, and reporting services (collectively, the “Services”).

By registering an account, installing the Mobile Agent APK, or utilizing our verification services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by all of these Terms. **If you do not agree with all of these Terms, you are prohibited from using the Services and must delete the Mobile Agent immediately.**

02User Accounts & Security

To unlock the full functionality of Veriq, you must register for an account using credential verification (via secure Better-Auth integration) or through social authentication platforms (such as Google OAuth).

You agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete registration information.
• Maintain the security and absolute confidentiality of your login credentials.
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access, breach, or compromise of your account safety.
• Take full responsibility for all transactions, api queries, and billing events registered under your account credentials.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that submit false credentials, engage in brute-force scanning, or violate the security of other node users.

03Subscriptions & Razorpay Billing

Veriq operates on a multi-tier subscription framework consisting of three main tiers: **Free**, **Premium**, and **Pro**. Subscriptions are billed on recurring cycles based on your selection: Monthly, 3 Months, 6 Months, or Annual.

A. Credit Limits & Daily Quotas

Each tier is allocated a specific check allocation:

• Free Tier: 1 daily check, 5 monthly checks.
• Premium Tier: 8 daily checks, 50 monthly checks.
• Pro Tier: Unlimited daily checks, 250 monthly checks.

Credits are deducted atomically upon the initiation of a media verification scan. Unused monthly allocations do not roll over to subsequent billing cycles.

B. Payment Processor & Gateway

All paid plan checkouts and transaction settlement pipelines are securely routed and processed through the **Razorpay Payment Gateway** (for credit cards, debit cards, UPI, net banking, or subscription mandates).

By enrolling in a paid tier, you authorize Veriq and Razorpay to charge the designated payment method for the recurring subscription fees, taxes, and transaction surcharges associated with your selected interval.

C. Cancellation & Refunds

You can cancel your subscription at any time via your Console profile settings. Cancellations will take effect at the conclusion of your current active billing period, during which you will retain full access to your tier's quotas. Because resources are consumed dynamically via expensive logical reasoning API requests, **refunds are not provided for partial billing intervals or unused credits unless mandated by local consumer protection regulations.**

04Mobile Agent & On-Device Processing

To secure reliability and bypass aggressive IP ban blocklists enforced by major video distribution networks (like YouTube, TikTok, and Instagram), Veriq requires the use of the native Android installer (“Mobile Agent APK”, “App”).

Resource Utilization Disclaimer: You acknowledge and agree that running the WebView sandbox and local audio extraction processes consumes your device's battery, hardware processing power (CPU), and wireless/mobile network bandwidth. Veriq is not responsible for any mobile carrier data overage charges, hardware degradation, or battery performance variations resulting from your active run cycles.

05Acceptable Use Rules

You agree to use our Services strictly for verification, academic analysis, informational sanity, and content vetting. You are explicitly prohibited from:

• Bypassing or attempting to disable billing checkpoints, payment event ledgers, or API throttling modules.
• Using the Mobile Agent sandbox to scrape, harvest, or extract personal user profiles, comments, or private assets from social platforms.
• Distributing, modifying, or repackaging the Mobile Agent APK without our express written consent.
• Using automated scripts, bots, or headless crawlers to flood the web dashboard or billing APIs.
• Using our logical reasoning outputs to auto-generate defamatory, harassing, or illegal content.

06Intellectual Property Rights

Unless otherwise stated, all rights, titles, and interests in the Services, including but not limited to the source code, web portal designs, database schemas, styling elements, logical reasoning engine configurations, text, graphics, logos, and Mobile Agent binary compilation models, are owned by Veriq or licensed to us.

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access the web portal and run the Mobile Agent APK solely for your personal or authorized business research usage.

07Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED ON AN “AS-IS” AND “AS-AVAILABLE” BASIS. WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED, STATUTORY, OR OTHERWISE, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

We do not guarantee that:

• The AI reasoning checks, news grounding matches, or synthetic indexes will be 100% accurate, error-free, or exhaustive.
• Social media video extraction streams will remain accessible if third-party CDNs deploy security alterations.
• The web portal or database servers will have uninterrupted, latency-free uptime.

08Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL **Veriq**, ITS DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, PARTNERS, OR CONTRACTORS BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION, LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA LOSS, LOSS OF REVENUE, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, RESULTING FROM:

• Your inability to access the console or run the Mobile Agent App.
• Any third-party anti-bot blocks, IP bans, or account suspensions issued to you by external platforms (such as YouTube or Instagram).
• Incorrect logical claims classifications returned by the AI fact-checking engine.
• Any transactions or payment processing issues handled by the Razorpay gateway.

09Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms and your relationship with Veriq shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with, the laws of **India**, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

Any disputes, claims, or controversies arising out of or in connection with these Terms, including the validity, breach, or termination thereof, shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts located in **New Delhi, India**.
