2. Subscription & Cancellation

You can manage, upgrade, or cancel your subscription at any time directly through your Profile Settings.

  • Upon cancellation, your subscription will remain active, and you will continue to have access to your paid features, until the end of your current billing period.
  • We do not offer pro-rated refunds for unused credits or partial billing periods once a subscription renews. To prevent automatic renewal charges, cancellation must be requested before your scheduled billing date.

3. Billing Errors & Anomalies

We guarantee a full 100% refund for any billing errors caused by our systems or payment gateway networks. This includes:

  • Duplicate charges or double-billing on a single subscription period.
  • System processing errors that cause a transaction to charge without provisioning the corresponding subscription tier.

4. Verification Pipeline Failures
